Roaches Run

I went for a run at the Roaches on my way home from Monday’s meetings, but didn’t take a camera so I’ve drawn you a picture in MS Paint instead:

I took it slowly after Saturday’s Welsh 1000m race (blog post coming soon), but enjoyed glorious sunshine and a complete lack of other people. Lovely.
