I had a gentle run from Pym Chair over Cat’s Tor and Shining Tor to the Cat and Fiddle this evening. A lovely part of the world, which I’ve never been to before. I went back the same way because it was so glorious in the sunshine along the ridge that the thought of dropping into the shadowy valley below wasn’t terribly appealing.

My legs were still feeling Saturday’s antics a little, but they soon loosened up. As I got back to the car, it was one of those days where you can watch the sun dropping behind the horizon over the course of just a few minutes. Every work day should finish like this.
