Well, not technically multi-tasking. Running on Friday and riding on Saturday, but fun either way. Snow melting rapidly, but still plenty around and crampons / axe definitely still required. Finally managed to squeeze in the snowy Y Garn / Glyder Fawr / Glyder Fach traverse I’ve been aiming for all winter.

And a little taste of what it’s like to be me when I’m pushing hard uphill / wheezing / enjoying the view:
The following day I took my new (second-hand) bike around the Marin Trail at Llanrwst. I was last there almost seven years ago on a ridiculous bike, but I must have been tired this time because it still took me longer even on the new über-bike. I was bemused that my watch said 750m of ascent and the information board at the car park said only 450m. That said, the bike was amazing and just sucked up everything I threw at it; the problem here was definitely rider lethargy rather than mechanical limitation.
